Trauma Therapy
Our reactions are caused by unfinished stuff when the trauma occurred. It is difficult to access uncompleted thoughts, feelings, emotions, sensations, and movements because of unbearable fear, anger, resentment, regret, guilt, and so on. Accessing this moment in a safe and secure states using resources, the traumatic event can be released. Resources are the foundations that bring about a state of calmness in the mind and body. A resource can be, for example, a place, situation, or a person that makes you feel safe. You can grow them using breath, grounding, image, eye position, and somatic sensation.
Gestational work
Not only what we experienced since we were born, but our ancestors affect to our mind, feeling, brief system and body, nevertheless you aware, heard, or not. You can release negative influence by identifying somatically and gain and aware the positive ones.
